1. Introduction & Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of My Business Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of information when you use the RentIt mobile application for Android (Application Package ID: pk.com.mybusiness.rentit).

RentIt is a specialized Property Management ERP and Rent Agreement generation application engineered for landlords, real estate managers, and leasing administrators. We respect your confidentiality and are committed to maintaining the security and privacy of all rental, property, and tenant records managed through the app.

3. Information You Provide & Handle

When utilizing RentIt, you may enter business and operational data directly into the application interface:

• Property & Unit Details: Property name, address, unit numbers, property type (commercial, residential, office, shop), floor numbers, and rental terms.
• Tenant Records & KYC: Tenant full names, contact phone numbers, emergency contacts, National Identity / CNIC numbers, occupancy dates, and security deposit records.
• Rent Agreements: Digital tenancy contracts, clauses, utility responsibilities, escalation rates, stamp data, and digital signature approximations.
• Financial Ledgers: Inflow rent payments, pending dues, maintenance expenditures, utility billing logs, and invoice timestamps.

All this information is maintained locally on your Android device unless you explicitly initiate an export or manual backup.

To provide full ERP functionality, RentIt may request certain Android system permissions under your explicit authorization:

We do not sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any personal or financial data processed by RentIt.

We do not use advertising tracking SDKs or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not provide access to your tenant databases, rental values, or contact books to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

6. Data Retention, User Control & Deletion

Because RentIt saves data locally on your device, you have complete sovereignty over retention and deletion:

• Immediate Deletion: You can delete any tenant, property, agreement, or expense entry at any time directly inside the app.
• Complete Purge: Clearing the app's storage in Android Settings (> Apps > RentIt > Clear Storage / Clear Data) or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local databases.
• Data Portability: You can export your agreements and financial ledgers into PDF format at any point before uninstalling.

7. Children's Privacy

RentIt is a commercial property management ERP designed for adults, landlords, property managers, and commercial operators. It is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children.

8. Google Play Policy Compliance

This policy adheres to the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data policy and Permissions requirements. We ensure that our declared permissions correspond strictly to verifiable core functionality described in our Google Play Store listing.
